Same sex fallout?!?
This is certainly an interesting twist.
I am not certain that this is just a same-sex marriage thing.
What is the difference between a guardian and a parent? What happens with step-fathers and step-mothers? Whose rights supercede whose?
This could lead to some odd legal developments.
